All submissions will be investigated by the relevant department to verify the facts, and a response will be provided via phone or email at the earliest possible time.

To ensure that informants can report with confidence, we have established robust safeguards, including strict confidentiality and identity protection measures.

Compliance Violations

  1. Violations of the Company's Code of Ethics

  2. Suspected criminal acts by executives or employees, including embezzlement, breach of trust, extortion, theft, or the acceptance of illicit money or valuables

  3. Misconduct, fraud, or corruption occurring during business execution or operational processes

  4. Acts that cause loss to the organization through malicious intent or gross negligence

  5. Illegal or improper practices that undermine the Company's credibility or disrupt workplace order

  6. Illegal or improper directives issued by superiors regarding job duties

  7. Workplace sexual harassment involving verbal, physical, or behavioral misconduct

  8. Accounting violations or direct instructions to engage in accounting fraud

  9. Other instances where there is a reasonable risk or indication that any of the aforementioned violations may occur

Violations of Internal
Accounting Regulations

  1. Preparing accounting or financial information in violation of applicable regulations

  2. Forging, altering, tampering with, damaging, or destroying accounting records or financial data

  3. Designing, operating, evaluating, or reporting on the Internal Accounting Control System in violation of applicable regulations

  4. Directing or ordering any of the aforementioned prohibited acts
