Suspected criminal acts by executives or employees, including embezzlement, breach of trust, extortion, theft, or the acceptance of illicit money or valuables

Misconduct, fraud, or corruption occurring during business execution or operational processes

Acts that cause loss to the organization through malicious intent or gross negligence

Illegal or improper practices that undermine the Company's credibility or disrupt workplace order
