   Establish and maintain a robust workplace safety and health management system, allocating ample human and financial resources to eliminate and control workplace hazards.

   Set forth health and safety objectives, and formulate and execute detailed action plans to achieve them.

   Establish internal regulations that comply with relevant health and safety legislation and ensure their faithful implementation across all operations.

   Identify potential risk factors with employee participation, ensure that all identified risks are unconditionally remediated, and disseminate this information through training.

   Ensure all organization members recognize the hazards associated with their respective job duties, and provide comprehensive training on hazard elimination, substitution, and control methodologies.

   Require all suppliers and contractors to strictly adhere to our HSE policies and safety requirements.

   Mandate that every member of the organization faithfully fulfills their personal responsibilities and obligations with respect to health and safety practices.
